Criterion Releases ‘The Koker Trilogy’ Box Set
Criterion gathers Kiarostami’s three interlinked films set in and around the northern Iranian village of Koker — Where Is the Friend’s House? (1987), And Life Goes On (1992), and Through the Olive Trees (1994) — in a single box set, each in a new restoration.
Together they blur the line between documentary and fiction and follow life as it continues in the wake of disaster.
